Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Atlas Indicators ("we", "us") collects, why, and your rights. We are the data controller for the data described here and we are based in the United Kingdom.
1. What we collect
- Order and account data — your email address, TradingView username, the products you subscribe to, and your subscription status. Provided by you at checkout.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and their payment processors. We never see or store your card details. We receive confirmation of payments, refunds, and subscription events.
- Referral data — your referral code, who referred you (if anyone), and purchases attributed to your referral link, used to calculate referral credit.
- Support correspondence — emails you send us.
Our website is a static informational site. We do not run advertising trackers. If we use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (aggregate page counts), they do not identify you.
2. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To deliver the service (contract): granting and removing access to the Indicators on your TradingView username, managing your subscription and trial, and operating the referral programme.
- To communicate (contract / legitimate interest): receipts, renewal and access notifications, replies to support requests, and material changes to the service or terms.
- To keep records (legal obligation): tax and accounting records of sales.
- To prevent abuse (legitimate interest): detecting fraudulent referrals, shared accounts, and payment abuse.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
3. Who we share it with
- Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) — processes your payment and issues your invoice; see their privacy policy for their handling of your data.
- TradingView — we submit your TradingView username to grant or remove access to the invite-only Indicators. TradingView processes it under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers — hosting and email infrastructure, bound by data processing terms.
Some providers are outside the UK/EEA; where so, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
- Account, subscription, and referral data: for the life of your subscription and up to 24 months after it ends (so lapsed access and referral chains can be restored if you return).
- Transaction records: 6 years, as required by UK tax law.
- Support emails: up to 24 months after the thread closes.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restriction of or objection to processing; and a portable copy of data you provided. Deletion requests are honoured except where retention is legally required (e.g. tax records). To exercise any right, email us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
6. Cookies
Our own site uses no advertising cookies. The checkout and billing portal operated by Lemon Squeezy set the cookies necessary to process your purchase; the referral link may set a first-party cookie or equivalent so that a purchase can be attributed to the correct referrer.
