Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the Atlas Indicators service ("Atlas", "the Service", "we", "us"). By starting a trial or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Atlas provides access to invite-only technical analysis indicators ("Indicators") hosted on the TradingView platform. The Indicators display historical statistical measurements of the CME NQ futures market for educational and informational purposes. They do not generate trade signals, do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

2. Requirements and access

• You need a TradingView account (any plan, including free). You must provide your exact TradingView username at checkout; access is granted to that username.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. One TradingView username per subscription. You may not share, resell, or otherwise provide access to third parties.
• Access is normally granted automatically within minutes of checkout. If automatic granting is unavailable, we grant access manually within 24 hours.
• TradingView is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with TradingView or CME Group, and we are not responsible for TradingView outages or account issues on their platform.

3. Trial, billing, and cancellation

• New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
• After the trial, subscriptions bill monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout, until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms, and applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are collected by them at checkout.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked in your receipt emails. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, we allow a 3-calendar-day grace period during which access continues and the payment is retried. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, access to the Indicators is removed automatically. Access is restored on successful payment.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Refunds

• The free trial exists so you can fully evaluate the Indicators before paying.
• Because access is delivered immediately, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the Service was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side, in which case contact us and we will put it right or refund the affected period.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable statutory rights.

5. Referral programme

• Subscribers receive a personal referral link. When purchases are made through your referral network, you earn credit applied against your own subscription (a percentage of payments made by referred subscribers, across up to six referral levels, at the rates published on our website).
• Credit accrues only from payments that successfully clear, and only while your own subscription is active. Credit is applied as free subscription periods; it has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money.
• Credit from a payment that is later refunded or charged back is reversed.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, misleading promotion, and spam are prohibited and void accrued credit. We may amend or discontinue the referral programme prospectively at any time; credit already applied is unaffected.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

• The Indicators, their embedded datasets, and all related materials remain our property. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Indicators on your own TradingView account for your own analysis.
• You may not copy, extract, scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically harvest the Indicators' output or datasets, nor republish their output as a competing product or dataset.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms; where the breach is sharing, harvesting, or resale, termination may be immediate and without refund.

7. Service changes and availability

We periodically re-measure and update the Indicators' statistics and features. We may modify the Indicators, provided we do not materially reduce the core functionality described at the time of your purchase during a paid period. The Service depends on TradingView's platform; brief interruptions outside our control may occur.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided "as is"; we exclude all implied warranties; we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for fraud).

9. General

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
• We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
